D-Host Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of D-Host, the listener (host) app for the Duetto platform, operated by Spareon Technologies. By using D-Host you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, and your listener application must be approved. You must give truthful identity information. We may refuse or revoke approval at our discretion.

2. Your account

Keep your login secure. You're responsible for all activity on your account. One person per account: don't share, sell or transfer it.

3. What hosts do

Hosts offer voice and video conversations and chat to Duetto clients. Hosts are independent participants, not employees of Spareon Technologies.

4. Conduct

You must not:

• Engage in sexual, obscene or illegal content or conversations
• Share or request personal contact details or payment outside the app
• Harass, threaten, deceive or discriminate against anyone
• Record, screenshot or share any conversation or client information
• Interact with anyone under 18
• Use bots, fake accounts, or manipulate calls, ratings or earnings
• Impersonate anyone

Breaking these rules can lead to suspension, termination and forfeiture of earnings gained through the violation.

5. Availability and calls

You choose when you're online. Repeatedly missing calls may set you offline automatically. You may decline or end any call, and block any client.

6. Earnings and payouts

• You earn coins for calls, messages and gifts at the rates shown in the app.
• Coins convert to payouts under the payout rules shown in the app, which we may update.
• Payouts go to the bank or UPI details you provide. You're responsible for keeping them correct, and for your own taxes.
• We may withhold or reverse earnings that came from fraud, abuse, chargebacks or rule violations.
• Payout requests may require admin approval and can take several business days.

7. Content

You're responsible for what you send. We may remove content and act on reports. Calls aren't recorded. Chat messages are stored to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put users at risk. You can delete your account at any time (see How to Delete Your Account).

9. Service availability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee it's uninterrupted. Calls depend on your network, your device settings and third-party providers.

10. Intellectual property

The app, brand and software belong to Spareon Technologies and its licensors. Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Spareon Technologies isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost earnings due to outages, or the conduct of other users.

12. Privacy

Your use of D-Host is also governed by the D-Host Privacy Policy and the Child Safety Standards Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kerala, India.
