D-Host Privacy Policy

D-Host ("the app") is the listener (host) app for the Duetto platform. It's operated by Spareon Technologies ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect from hosts, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

Account and profile

Phone number (OTP login) and/or Google account email and name (Google sign-in) Name, display name, profile photo, bio, tags and languages you speak

Join-as-Listener application

Name, nickname, age, phone, email, languages and referral code Photos of your government ID (front and back) and a selfie, used only to verify your identity and age

Payouts

Bank name, account number, IFSC code and/or UPI ID, used to pay your earnings

Activity

Your online/offline status, schedule requests, calls (time, length, type, earnings), ratings, gifts received, goals and withdrawal history Chat messages, photos and voice notes you exchange with clients Clients you block

Device and technical

Push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging, OneSignal), device model, OS version, app version, and whether battery optimisation is turned off (used to decide how reliably calls reach you) Network information needed to connect calls

Permissions

Microphone and camera: used only during calls you accept and for voice notes you choose to record Notifications, full-screen alerts, display over other apps, run in background: used only so incoming calls ring Photos: only the images you choose to send or use as your profile photo

2. What we don't collect

We don't record the audio or video of calls. We don't read your contacts, SMS or location. We don't sell your personal data.

3. How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and verify your identity and age
• To connect calls and deliver messages between you and clients
• To calculate your earnings and pay you
• To send call alerts and service notifications
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to enforce our Terms
• To provide support and to meet legal obligations

4. Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to run the app:

• Agora: real-time voice and video for calls
• Google Firebase and OneSignal: sign-in and push notifications
• Cloud hosting and storage providers: for example our server host and object storage
• SMS providers: OTP delivery
• Payment and payout providers: paying your earnings

Clients see your display name, photo, bio, tags, languages, rating and online status. They never see your phone number, email, ID documents or bank details.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect users' safety.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Chat media is stored privately and shared only through short-lived links. Access to ID and payout data is restricted to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion, we remove it as described in our How to Delete Your Account page, apart from records the law requires us to keep.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@spareon.in. You can change app permissions at any time in your phone's settings.

8. Age

D-Host is for adults 18 and over only. We verify age during the listener application. We don't knowingly allow minors on the platform, and we delete any account found to belong to a minor.

9. Changes

We'll post updates in the app or on this page and change the effective date above.
