How to Delete Your D-Host Account

D-Host is the listener (host) app for Duetto, operated by Spareon Technologies. You can ask us to delete your D-Host account and its data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@spareon.in from the email address linked to your account, or include the phone number you log in with. Use the subject line "Delete my D-Host account". Tell us your registered name and phone number so we can verify the account is yours.

We may ask you to confirm the request from the app or through a one-time code sent to your phone. We'll confirm the deletion within 30 days of verifying your request.

Before you request deletion

Withdraw any pending earnings first. Unpaid earnings can't be paid out after the account is deleted. Deletion is permanent. You can't recover the account, its earnings history or your conversations.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, display name, photo, bio, tags and languages
• Your login details: phone number, email address and Google sign-in link
• Your Join-as-Listener application, including ID document images and your selfie
• Your chat messages, photos and voice notes
• Your bank and UPI payout details
• The push-notification tokens for your devices

What we keep, and for how long

• Payout, earnings and transaction records, kept for up to 8 years where Indian tax and accounting law requires it
• Records needed to investigate fraud, abuse or safety reports, or to meet a legal obligation, kept only as long as that need lasts
• Call records (time, length, earnings), kept in anonymised form with no link to you, for billing reconciliation

Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and are purged within 90 days.
