D-Host Child Safety Standards Policy

Effective date: 3 October 2026

Spareon Technologies has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on D-Host and the Duetto platform.

1. Adults only

D-Host and Duetto are for people 18 and over. Every host is identity- and age-verified with a government ID and selfie before approval. Any account found to belong to a minor is suspended and removed.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
  • Any sexual or romantic interaction with, or about, a minor
  • Grooming, enticement or solicitation of minors
  • Sharing, requesting or promoting content that sexualises children
  • Any attempt to contact, meet or exploit a minor

3. Reporting

Hosts and clients can block any user from the app. To report a child-safety concern, email support@spareon.in with the subject "Child Safety". Include the user's display name and the time of the incident.

4. What we do

  • Review child-safety reports as a priority.
  • Immediately suspend accounts involved, and preserve the relevant evidence.
  • Report CSAM and child exploitation to the authorities as the law requires, including India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and other relevant authorities.
  • Cooperate fully with law-enforcement requests.

5. Compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety laws, including India's POCSO Act, 2012 and the IT Act, 2000, and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
